1. The substrate must be in good condition, dry, firm and clean of dust or any previous waterproofing.
2. Repair any irregularities (cracks, fissures, cracks, cracks, tiles in bad condition, etc.).
3. Treat the singular elements (downspouts, joints, meetings with vertical walls, etc.) as described in the technical data sheet.
Apply, by roller and in two or more coats, the primer recommended according to the type of surface (see technical data sheet).
Tecnocoat is applied by means of TC2049 or similar dosing equipment. The most common application parameters are:
● Isocyanate heater temperature: 70-75 ºC.
● Amine heater temperature:70-75ºC
● Hose temperature: ±70 ºC
● Working pressure: 2,500-3,000 psi
If the system is exposed to UV rays, the use of TECNOTOP 2C is recommended as a protective and decorative finish coat.
